In this edition of the MCube Speaker Series let us take a look at the mobility of the future together with experts from science, industry, and the public sector. The host of the evening is SAP in Garching – an innovation hub where new mobility solutions are already being developed and tested today.
The event kicks off with an insight into the ReFuMoLab Garching innovation project. In a series of brief presentations, representatives from SAP, Siemens, Deutsche Bahn, and the city of Garching will then present different perspectives on the mobility of tomorrow – ranging from artificial intelligence and digital infrastructure to the connected travel chain.
At the heart of the evening is the panel discussion „Mobility 2035: How will we get to work in the future?“ Together, the experts will discuss how autonomous mobility, digital technologies, and new mobility services will change the commute of the future and what framework conditions need to be created for this.

The project is called MOSAIQ. MOSAIQ is a research∙project. MOSAIQ means: Mobility and urban climate in the future city∙part. The Technical University of Munich is leading the project.
What is MOSAIQ about?
MOSAIQ wants to make the streets in the city∙part more beautiful. People should feel comfortable there. There should be more space. For meetings and plants, for example. You can help decide what is tried out in the Stadt∙teil. The ideas come from you. Some ideas will be tried out on the streets for a certain period of time.
The aim of MOSAIQ is to make urban districts good places to live.
At the same time, the climate in the city should improve. And people should be able to move around the city easily.
