Methods for optimizing sustainable mobility strategies
We develop and test systematic methods and tools for the evaluation and optimization of mobility strategies and measures. Our tools enable the targeted analysis of political measures, infrastructure projects and governance approaches - in terms of sustainability, efficiency, social justice and environmental impact.
With transport modeling, impact analyses, indicator systems or scenario techniques, we support cities, regions and political actors in developing mobility in a holistic and evidence-based manner.
Methods that make impact measurable
With our tools, we evaluate mobility solutions reliably and practically
Our project deals with evaluation, process evaluation, upscaling, replication and application of the project processes and project results.
The project evaluated the internal processes and the impact of the cluster and used the knowledge gained to further develop the mobility system in a targeted manner.
We have developed and tested an innovative evaluation method that can be used to assess the impact of transport infrastructure projects.

Our highlights in the area of valuation methods and tools
The lessons learned from the first MCube funding phase show which factors really drive projects forward - and where typical barriers arise.
Creating transparency, proving impact, sharpening strategies - the new indicator guide supports precisely this.
The Mobi-Score - The hidden costs of mobility at a glance
A new study by MCube Consulting on behalf of Zukunft Nahverkehr (ZNV) shows: Local public transport generates three times as much revenue for the German economy as it costs.
We are very proud to finally present our MCube SASIM full cost calculator!
Better planning, better decisions - New approaches for the evaluation of transport infrastructure investments
BeneVit is developing an innovative process for evaluating and selecting mobility measures.
SASIM is developing a full-cost calculator for sustainable mobility that takes into account not only internal costs such as vehicle maintenance, but also external costs such as emissions and accidents.

What is MOSAIQ?
Imagine something: There is more space for people. The streets have more trees and plants. Everyone can get around better. That's how your Schwabing-West district could be in the future. How would you like your district to be? We want to talk to you about it!
The project is called MOSAIQ. MOSAIQ is a research∙project. MOSAIQ means: Mobility and urban climate in the future city∙part. The Technical University of Munich is leading the project.
What is MOSAIQ about?
MOSAIQ wants to make the streets in the city∙part more beautiful. People should feel comfortable there. There should be more space. For meetings and plants, for example. You can help decide what is tried out in the Stadt∙teil. The ideas come from you. Some ideas will be tried out on the streets for a certain period of time.
The aim of MOSAIQ is to make urban districts good places to live.
At the same time, the climate in the city should improve. And people should be able to move around the city easily.
What is happening in the district?
