WHAT IS SASIM?
In the MCube project Smart Advisor for Sustainable Integrated Mobility (SASIM) a full cost calculator for mobility is being developed. In addition to internal costs such as vehicle maintenance costs, the full costs also take into account the external costs of mobility for which the user does not pay directly. These are, for example, costs for emissions or accidents. The full costs can be used to compare mobility options depending on the temporal and spatial context with regard to their Evaluate sustainability. The aim of the project is to develop innovative approaches that make it possible to use Cost transparency, awareness-raising, as well as planning and controlling elements to promote sustainable mobility behavior. One focus here is on price incentives, for which suitable scenarios for a holistic, dynamic pricing system based on full costs are to be created and simulated.
