What happens in the project?
SUE 2.0 helps other MCube projects to evaluate their work in five steps. First, the projects' contributions to the MCube strategy (quality of time, space and air) are assessed using indicators from SUE 1.0. Then obstacles, drivers and risks in the projects are explored in order to learn from them. SUE 2.0 also evaluates the potential effects of the projects once they leave the experimental phase and are rolled out on a large scale. It creates digital packages and guides that other cities and regions can use to generate the effects of the MCube projects themselves. SUE 2.0 also ensures that the successes from MCube are used, for example by founding start-ups or applying methods with partners (e.g. in cities, municipalities or industry partners).
What problem does SUE 2.0 solve?
SUE 2.0 plays an important role in documenting and analyzing experiences from various MCube projects. It collects successful results as well as challenges and failures. This comprehensive collection of information is extremely valuable as it provides insights into what has worked well and what could be improved. These insights are crucial for future planning and allow the strategies and processes in the projects to be further developed. Through this detailed recording, future projects can benefit from the experience gained and thus be designed more effectively and efficiently. SUE 2.0 thus makes a significant contribution to ensuring and increasing the success of future initiatives within the MCube cluster.
Who is affected?
All projects in the cluster and the MCube office/strategy team are particularly affected. However, the City of Munich and all key stakeholders who can benefit from the collected knowledge are also affected.
