The aim of MCube Consulting is the implementation and realization of mobility innovations from cutting-edge research. We advise our clients from the public sector and industry using transparent scientific methods and work with them to put mobility research findings into practice.
In doing so, we draw on the MCube expertise and the network of the entire cluster. The cluster's research projects develop experiments and prototypes for the Munich metropolitan region and beyond. However, the long-term implementation and realization of innovations for industry and society is needed NOW. MCube Consulting supports the cities, municipalities and companies in this important implementation through short-term consulting and realization projects.
Our advice and methods are based on the latest scientific knowledge and approaches. We understand mobility as an ecosystem, have genuine, holistic mobility expertise in all fields of mobility and bring this to bear in our consulting.
We are already developing joint solutions with cities, municipalities, start-ups and industry. We understand different perspectives on mobility and can advise our customers individually and in line with their needs. Our customers benefit from our knowledge and impulses.
Thanks to our connection to the MCube Cluster, we can supplement our consulting team with experts from science and the field of social innovation if required. We therefore have access to particularly broad and in-depth knowledge.

Through the systematic analysis of planned transport measures from our client's transport development plan, we were able to evaluate and then prioritize the measures with regard to various criteria such as sustainability, costs and effectiveness. In doing so, we used innovative and scientifically sound methods such as the full cost methodology and the Mobi-Score. We also identified must-have measures and held workshops with the political decision-makers to evaluate the measures.
As part of a sector study, we identified the trends and technologies for smart and sustainable mobility in Germany and assessed them in terms of their economic potential. To this end, we conducted interviews with experts and analyzed various European markets as well as the existing supply and demand, from which we identified potential for investment.
We supported an OEM for electric commercial vehicles in marketing its vehicles. To this end, we developed a web tool that makes it easier for potential customers to estimate the electrification potential of their fleets and the resulting cost savings. The web tool also facilitates customer contact. We also analyzed the mobility data of existing fleets in order to gain a better understanding of vehicle usage.
Our team currently consists of four dedicated employees: two co-directors, who jointly take on the strategic management, and two working students, who provide fresh input and active support in our projects. Together, we bring expertise, creativity and passion to our work.
