Dates: Saturday, November 22, 9:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. and Friday, December 12, 4:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.

The workshops build on each other, so participation in both dates is a prerequisite.

What is MobiPionier?

MobiPioneer is a joint research project between science, industry, the public sector and society. The aim is to New mobility solutions to develop closer links between bus, rail and sharing services - for example through Mobility budgets or Mobility bundles.

Your chance to actively shape mobility

Following the successful kick-off on 22.11.25, we will deepen the second workshop day the ideas developed and form them into concrete concepts. Proposals are further developed, evaluated and tested for their potential in small teams. The aim is to select the best approaches, which will then be pursued further in the project and tested in practice in 2026.

Agenda - Day 2

• Arrival & review: Coffee, snacks and a brief look at the results of the first workshop
• What makes mobility really attractive? Discussion and teamwork: What does a good mobility offer need to be really convincing - flexible, fair, simple?
• New ideas for attractive offers: Product portfolios are created in groups: different bundles for different lifestyles, needs and budgets.
• Bundles to the people: How can new services be explained, made accessible and used in an understandable way?
• Conclusion & outlook: Joint reflection and outlook: How your ideas will flow into the next project phase.

• Participation in the first workshop (22.11.) is a prerequisite for the second appointment.
