About MCube Consulting

MCube Consulting is Part of the MCube network (Munich Cluster for the Future of Mobility in Metropolitan Regions) and brings mobility innovations from cutting-edge research into practice by advising clients from the public sector and industry using scientifically sound methods. Our aim is to support cities, municipalities and companies in the rapid implementation and realization of forward-looking solutions. In doing so, we draw on the expertise and network of the entire MCube cluster and work closely with our partners. We are looking for support for our young team from September.

Requirements:

  • You are enthusiastic about the mobility of tomorrow
  • You are a student from the 4th semester and are interested in strategic-technical issues
  • Ideally, you have some practical experience in the mobility, automotive or management consulting sectors
  • You have strong analytical and conceptual skills
  • You work in a structured manner, are communicative and enjoy working in a team
  • You are familiar with MS Office applications (especially PowerPoint and Excel), programming skills in Python are a plus
  • You have fluent language skills in German and English

Your tasks

  • You are an important part of the team in strategy and implementation projects
  • You carry out independent research and data analysis and prepare the results for presentations and reports
  • You support the preparation and follow-up of project appointments and workshops
  • You take part in customer meetings and have the opportunity to present your results internally and externally to customers
  • You support project management and the planning and acquisition of projects
  • You support the strategic development of MCube Consulting

What is MOSAIQ?
Imagine something: There is more space for people. The streets have more trees and plants. Everyone can get around better. That's how your Schwabing-West district could be in the future. How would you like your district to be? We want to talk to you about it!

The project is called MOSAIQ. MOSAIQ is a research∙project. MOSAIQ means: Mobility and urban climate in the future city∙part. The Technical University of Munich is leading the project.

What is MOSAIQ about?
MOSAIQ wants to make the streets in the city∙part more beautiful. People should feel comfortable there. There should be more space. For meetings and plants, for example. You can help decide what is tried out in the Stadt∙teil. The ideas come from you. Some ideas will be tried out on the streets for a certain period of time.
The aim of MOSAIQ is to make urban districts good places to live.
At the same time, the climate in the city should improve. And people should be able to move around the city easily. 

What is happening in the district?

  • In the year 2025:
    The people in the district can participate. They can express their ideas. There are discussions, surveys and meetings. Researchers are also starting their work.
  • In the year 2026:
    Some ideas are tried out.
    They are moved around the streets for a certain period of time.
  • In the year 2027:
    The results are evaluated.
